Design

From schematic capture, PCB layout and firmware development through to prototype testing and obsolete assembly re-design, our engineers work closely with you at every stage to produce a reliable, manufacturable result.

Our design capability covers the full electronic development lifecycle: circuit schematic design with worst-case analysis and EMC compliance testing, multi-layer PCB layout, and embedded firmware development in C and assembly language for 8-, 16- and 32-bit microcontrollers. We also specialise in re-designing assemblies where original components have become obsolete, providing a cost-effective route to keeping your products in production. All design work is carried out in an ESD-controlled environment.

Manufacturing

We assemble high-quality electronic PCBs — from one-off prototypes to series production of over 250,000 pieces per year — including SMD and through-hole assembly, cable harnesses, rework, and optional functional testing.

Our ISO 9001:2015-certified production facility handles both SMD and through-hole (THD) PCB assembly — from single prototypes to medium-volume batch runs — using automatic pick-and-place, reflow soldering and optical inspection systems. We manage all material procurement and include over 700 free SMD components with every prototype order. We can also complete the full product journey through to enclosure assembly, firmware programming, functional testing and shipping, with a professional rework and component recovery service also available.
